This is by far the best house we've rented so far! The owners have been very thoughtful of the renter's needs. I personally love the decor in every room. Very tasteful. The place is convenient to the beach and other places. The pool is well maintained too! Love, love the place! We'll surely recommend to all my friends! P.S. The arcade was a big hit not only to the children but adults, too!

We are coming back to AMI as soon as we can. We love Anna Maria! We really enjoyed staying at Sunset Landing. Your house is beautiful inside and out. This was a last minute trip & we are very HAPPY we got to stay here. We loved all the space we had. Comfortable, beautiful, clean. Convenience of everything we have at our own home. The bikes, short walk to the beach & stores & restaurants. We enjoyed our morning tea by the pool as we watched Good Morning America. We love everything! :) :)

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We enjoyed everything...the great bedrooms, beach, and pool. Baby Connor got to get sand on his toes for the very first time, Kay got to celebrate being cancer free in the sunshine, Patrick got to fish in the Gulf. Overall, an A+ vacation!
Had a great 4th of July Week
Had a great 4th of July week. Lots of sun and surf. Used bicycles - very nice. Celebrated Grandpa's 85th B'day at Beach Bistro. Food and service outstanding. House was nice offering everyone comfort and privacy. Loved the Wonder Wheelers to help carry stuff to the beach & loved the pool! It was even more refreshing than the ocean water! And still a great time at the beach - swimming, flying kites, & star gazing! P.S. Lots of fun with the video arcade too!

Fabulous house, fabulous location! We had a perfect week in paradise. :) Everything we needed was right here in the house. Loved the bikes and beach toys. Loved how close the beach was. Heated pool was awesome! House was spacious and allowed for everyone to have some time and space to themselves as well as plenty of room to all be together. We will definitely be back sometime.

We have had a wonderful time in your beautiful home. Our daughter's wedding was last night and this was the perfect place to host some of our out of town guests. The video arcade and pool were a big hit. It was great having such a well-stocked home and comfortable beds. Thanks for being a part of our wonderful memories.

We loved Sunset Landing!! Definitely a 5 star stay!
Sunset Landing was the perfect place for our family. We loved all the space and it was clean and decorated so nicely. Jim responded to any questions we had in minutes! Our grandkids loved the heated pool and games the house had. We walked to the beach every day in 5 minutes and having the beach wagon, chairs and sand toys that were provided was a huge plus! We fell in love with AMI and will definitely return to the island and Sunset Landing!
